I think it has survived over time because its true, especially professionally. Building a network is one of the key strategies for any of us to advance our careers. But what do people do if they dont have an established network? Our Corporate Social Responsibility program, .heart, has developed several initiatives to make aya we not only hire a diverse workforce today, but that we also help prepare the future workforce.One of our .heart initiatives is to expand our own network in 2019 and were doing it in both tra ditional and non-traditional ways. Weve created apprenticeships, returnships, and scholarship programs, and weve aligned with organizations that help women and under-represented groups pursue their love of technology. Were also asking our network to share their .heart by giving their best Xpertise and Xperiences.We started this Xpert Advice campaign at theWatermark Conference in San Jose, CA on February 21-22. We asked attendees to share their favorite pieces of career advice on post-its and place it on our advice wall.
